Speaker of the Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova has arrived in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) on a working visit with the purpose of participating in the 2^nd Session of the Women Parliamentary Forum of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean (PAM).

The parliamentary delegation led by the Speaker of the Milli Majlis were welcomed at the international airport of the city of Abu Dhabi by Speaker of the UAE Federal National Council Saqr Ghobash, Deputy Speaker of the UAE Federal National Council and President of the PAM Women Parliamentary Forum Maryam bin Theneya, Ambassador of Azerbaijan to the UAE Elchin Baghirov and other officials.

The visit itinerary includes a speech by Sahiba Gafarova at the session of the PAM Women Parliamentary Forum as well as a number of meetings she is going to have.
