First Deputy Chairman of Iran’s Islamic Consultative Assembly Arrives in Azerbaijan

A parliamentary delegation led by First Deputy Chairman of the Islamic Consultative Assembly of the Islamic Republic of Iran Ali Nikzad arrived in Azerbaijan on 16 May meaning to take part in the Third General Conference of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Economic Co-operation Organisation.

The official welcoming party for the incoming Iranian parliamentary delegation at the Heydar Aliyev International Airport included the chairman of the Milli Majlis Defence, Security and Counter-Corruption Committee Ziyafet Asgarov and the ambassador of Iran to Azerbaijan Seyed Abbas Mousavi.
