Georgian Parliamentary Delegation Go to Martyrs’ Lane

The visiting delegation led by Secretary General of the Georgian Parliament Ketevan Kvinikadze went to the Martyrs’ Lane on 9 October. They paid homage to the memory of the Motherland’s sons fallen for her freedom and sovereignty, and adorned their tombstones with fresh flowers.

As they were marvelling at the cityscape from Baku’s highest point then, the Georgian guests were told about the history of the Martyrs’ Lane and the arrangement and amenity work going on all over the capital city of Azerbaijan.

Deputy Chief of the Milli Majlis Staff Rustam Mahmudov and other officials accompanied the Georgian delegation.
