Head of the parliamentary International and Inter-Parliamentary Relations Committee and of the Azerbaijani delegation to the PACE Samad Seyidov and the MPs in the delegation Erkin Gadirli, Rafael Huseynov, Nigyar Arpadarai, Kamal Jafarov, Sabir Hajiyev, Konul Nurullayeva, Asim Mollazade, Fazil Mustafa, Sevinj Fataliyeva, Tural Ganjaliyev and Parvin Karimzade will arrive in Strasbourg on 22 January for the scheduled session of the Assembly.

There, they will be discussing problems with IS combatants returning to the Council of Europe countries from Syria and elsewhere, and with their families , as well as armed conflicts’ impact on natural environment, conflict-related sexual violence, the PACE monitoring procedures and so forth.
