The Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Inter-Parliamentary Union signed a Memorandum of understanding in Geneva, Switzerland with regards to holding a Parliamentary Conference on the sidelines of the 29th session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change - COP29. The document was signed by Milli Majlis Speaker Sahiba Gafarova and Secretary General of the Inter-Parliamentary Union Martin Chungong.
